By accessing or using MistBio ("we", "us", "the service") at mistbio.lol, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

MistBio provides tools to create a public profile page, add links and contact methods, customize appearance, view analytics, and earn badges. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or harm other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive content.
• Harass, threaten, or post unlawful or hateful content.
• Attempt to probe, scrape, or overload our systems without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

5. Content you upload

You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights needed for what you upload.

6. Analytics and communications

We process usage and analytics data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may send transactional emails (e.g. signup, security, billing-related). Marketing emails, if any, will include opt-out where required.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the product. We may terminate or restrict access for breach of these terms or legal requirements.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the product or email where appropriate.
